Mock turtleneck, ribbed, classic '90s basic. I could see it on Winona Ryder in "Reality Bites." The 3/4 sleeves were all the rage back then, when everything was just a little bit short, including pants. It's fantastic on its own or layered underneath one of our vintage Woolrich coats.
