RETURN POLICY
We offer a 5 day return policy based on fit; understanding the nature of vintage, we do our best to provide accurate measurements and understand that vintage items are unique. If you find within a few days that the item that you have purchased does not fit properly, we will accept a return, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sent. If there are any alterations, staining, or undescribed damage to the item upon return; purchase cost will not be returned to you. Return shipping will be covered by buyer in all return cases. BUYING VINTAGE
We do our absolute best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing a item that is often 20 years old or older! Please understand that these items have been previously worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age. Please review the product description AND photos to learn about an items condition. While we may not be able to describe EVERY flaw of an item, it should be evident in the product photos if not mentioned in the description.
When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.
BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are considered final. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, or if approved case by case by the seller. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Perennial West (ie Paypal/credit card fees). For questions about shipping/delivery, please see our policy page.
